The Healing Communication Centre Canada Inc. ("THCCC"), is committed to protecting the privacy, dignity and confidentiality of every client and website visitor. Information shared with us is an expression of trust, and we handle it accordingly.

**What we collect**

We collect only the personal information necessary to provide our services: contact information, scheduling details, and, for clients receiving coaching, counselling, or psychotherapy, clinical information relevant to your care. We do not collect health card numbers.

**How we use it**

Your information is used only to:

- Provide the service you've engaged us for

- Schedule, bill, and issue receipts

- Support insurance benefit claims you submit

- Meet legal and professional obligations

- Improve the quality of our services, using de-identified information wherever possible

We never sell or rent your information, and we never use it for marketing without your separate written consent.

**Your consent**

You provide informed consent before services begin. You may withdraw or restrict that consent at any time, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm.

**Your rights**

You may request access to your own records, or request correction of factual inaccuracies, at any time. We respond within thirty days. You may also bring a privacy concern directly to the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario, at any time, whether or not you've raised it with us first.

**How your information is protected**

Client records are held on Adracare, a Canadian-hosted platform using encryption in transit and at rest. Standard email is not used to send personal health information unless you've been informed of the risk and expressly consent.

**Cookies**

This website uses cookies for basic functionality and analytics. Non-essential cookies are set only with your consent through the cookie banner.
