These terms govern your use of this website, operated by The Healing Communication Centre Canada Inc. ("THCCC"). By using this site, you agree to these terms.

**Nature of this website**

This website provides general information about our services, including coaching, counselling, psychotherapy (provided by Registered Psychotherapists), and consultations. Content on this site, including blog posts, articles, and media, is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for individualized professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing on this site creates a client relationship. A client relationship begins only once you have completed intake and informed consent through our booking platform.

**Booking and services**

Appointments are booked and managed through Adracare, our secure client platform. Use of Adracare is subject to Adracare's own terms, in addition to ours.

**Faith content**

Some content on this site reflects our Christian faith foundation. Our clinical services are available to clients regardless of faith background, and faith-integrated content or practice is offered only where a client requests it and consents to it.

**Intellectual property**

All content on this site, including text, graphics, and branding, is owned by THCCC or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

**No warranty; limitation of liability**

This site and its content are provided "as is." THCCC makes no warranty as to accuracy or completeness of general content on this site, and is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on it. This does not limit any obligation owed to you as a client under a separate service agreement or informed consent.

**Links to other sites**

This site may link to third-party sites, including Adracare and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external sites.

**Governing law**

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
