What I noticed throughout the course of this journey, is a lot of “Mirroring ”... I have an 8 year old daughter, as it relates to the anxiety and getting freaked out over certain things, [she] was mirroring me.  When I’m more calm in my response to things, she’s more calm. I’m being watched. I learned a lot not only in helping her but in myself as it relates to my reactions to stuff.

...the nuggets you’ve provided have been very valuable, very practical, relevant and they really do work. I think that these things... will last a lifetime.

And from what I’m seeing, her reaction would not have been like that before... She can go from a 0 to a 10 quickly but for her to really take the time to pause and just breathe and walk away; I felt happy, I felt proud of her.

I think the program has been a self reflection for me and has been a growth journey for me and I do see the progress. My kids’ progress are basically a reflection of my own progress. My awareness, the tools that I use and that I bring, changes how they react.
